“Recently there was an unexpected death of a loved one. I had only ever worked with a local funeral home in the past so I had no experience with any other one. This funeral home was beyond helpful during an unexpected loss. They helped answer any questions and helped out in any questions we had. If they didn't have the answers they were able to find someone who did. They also offered online streaming of the service itself for those who could not attend in person. “Unfortunately my best friend lost her husband at the young age of 35. A few things regarding their wishes had been talked about a few years ago. Going to the funeral home to plan a funeral is extremely stressful when the death is so unexpected. Fiss& Bills Pklansy was a great please to work with! They were very accommodating and helping with nagivating through the many questions that had arose over the last week. I cannot speak highly enough about all of interactions with them and how helpful everyone there has been. Even yesterday which was the day after the funeral they were super helpful with making sure we could get extra thank you cards right away.
