Ashley Marie (Spahos) Conger, 46, of Oshkosh, WI passed away unexpectedly on October 16, 2023.
Ashley was born in Beloit, WI on June 2, 1977, the daughter of Frank and Dolores (Dee Dee) Doucha Spahos. She was a graduate of Beloit Memorial High School, UW Oshkosh, and Lakeland College with a Master’s Degree in Academic Counseling. Prior to graduate school, she studied abroad in Spain and also took time to explore Europe.
Upon graduation, Ashley worked as a bi-lingual School Counselor in Green Bay. Following her marriage to Jeffrey D. Conger in 2005, she began working in the family business. She was the devoted mother to daughter Kate and sons Casey and Wyatt, providing them with the love and support they needed to become successful adults. Ashley was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, a kind spirit and beautiful soul with unwavering faith. She was a strong advocate and supporter for her children and the children of others, always cheering them on at their events and activities. Ashley believed in celebrating holidays and life’s milestones. She and Jeff were always gracious hosts, famous for their Halloween parties, pig roasts, and exciting events for family and friends. Ashley loved being on and near the water where she spent quality time boating, jet skiing and always entertaining family and friends.
Ashley is survived by and her memory will be cherished by her parents, Frank and Dee Dee Spahos, her husband Jeff, daughter Kate, sons Wyatt and Casey (Nicole), and granddaughter Riley Conger. She is further survived by her brothers; Mark (Sara) Spahos, David (Aimee) Spahos and their sons Logan and Connor; Randy (Krystal) Spahos and their daughters Kassidy and Khloe; aunts Martha Doucha and Jeni (Bob) Lankford; cousins Heather, Brian, Nicolas, and Christopher; mother-in-law Mary Jane Conger; sister-in law Connie Kruetzberg and her son Brad (Kristen) Conger, and their children Bentley and Madison.
Ashley was predeceased by her uncle Gary Doucha, niece Emma Lankford, father-in-law David Conger, and brother-in-law Keith Kruetzberg.
Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating the life of Ashley at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, 830 S. Westhaven Dr., Oshkosh, WI 54904, on Monday, October 23, 2023. Visitation will take place from 9 AM to 12 PM, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. A private family burial service will follow.
