Barbara Lee Fleck's Obituary
Barbara Lee Fleck, age 83, of Oshkosh passed away on Tuesday morning June 6, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center. Barb was born in Oshkosh on June 15, 1939 the daughter of Joseph Peter “Butch” Neustifter and Emily Hannah (Kaelin) Neustifter. On December 4, 1958 she married William Fleck. Barb was employed for many years as a Christmas Card Maker for Miles Kimball in Oshkosh. She loved the holiday’s, esp Christmas. She loved going to her grandkids sporting events and other activities, old classic movies and was an avid reader. In her teenage years she loved playing the Accordion, playing during parades and large gatherings. She was a faithful member of St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church).
Barb is survived by her husband William of Oshkosh. Two sons, John (Vicki) Fleck of Mt. Juliet, TN and Thomas (Cheryl) Fleck of Oshkosh. One daughter, Connie (David) Sutter of Omro. One brother, Jerry Neustifter of Oshkosh. Two sisters, JoAnne Hucek of Lockport, IL and Debbie (Mark) Ratchman of Oshkosh. Ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Lori on May 28, 2022 and one grandson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11 am at St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church on the corner of 6th & Knapp). Father Louis Golamari will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10 am until the time of Mass. Committal services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Barb’s name.
