Beverly Greenkorn-Otto's Obituary
Arrangements pending.Beverly Luker Greenkorn-Otto, age 84, of Oshkosh, was born on February 4, 1925 in Oshkosh a daughter of the late George and Mary (Kleveno) Luker. She passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 11, 2009. On September 12, 1946 Beverly married Frederick L. Greenkorn at Trinity Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. Fred preceded her in death on October 30, 1973. On July 10, 1976, she married Roland Otto at First English Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. Roland preceded her in death on June 23, 2003.
Beverly's memory will be cherished by her two daughters, Mary Brandt and Paula (Tim) Cornell, both of Oshkosh; four grandchildren, Kimberly and Eric Brandt; Rebecca (Joe) Meissner and Paul Cornell; a great-grandchild, Makenzie Brandt. She is further survived by two brothers, Arden (Sharon) Luker of Sheboygan Falls and Dennis (Margie) Luker of Winneconne; other relatives and many very dear friends. She was also preceded in death by a sister, June Luker on October 4, 1995.
Funeral services for Beverly will be held on Friday, May 15, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at First English Lutheran Church, (where she was a member for over 60 years) at 1013 Minnesota St. (corner of Minnesota St. and 11th Ave.) with the Reverend Timothy Greenwald officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may greet the family at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of floral expressions, a memorial fund will be established in her name.
