Hi Jean and Jim and Family,
Bill was a wonderful co-worker and friend to everyone who knew him. I will miss his stories about the Kennedys, pulling cars out of ditches with his rope, and the Packers. I am grateful that he shared some of his time with me. He was a man of dignity and grace, and was a true gentleman. I am sorry that I cannot attend the services. Dear Friends and Family,
Hello, my name is Jeff (The Guitarman).
I've thought of Bill many times through the years, especially during music group here at Lakeside. I can hear his voice in my mind, clearly. In my life I doubt that voice will ever fade. It's the kind of voice that picks you up. It's the kind of voice that soothes you in this often tiresome life I lead.
I will not be with you in person on this sad day, but please allow me to share in your grief at the loss of this interesting and wonderful man.
As for you Bill, may you "Rock Around the Clock" forever.
