Brenda Coon's Obituary
Brenda Coon of Oshkosh, bravely lost her battle with kidney failure and passed into the eternally loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 23, 2008. She was born on August 29, 1942 in Appleton to the late Gordon and Mary Coon. Brenda spent her happy childhood in Appleton. Later the family moved to Oshkosh where she graduated from Oshkosh High School and attended the University of Wisconsin for one year. Brenda was employed at Parkview Health Center where she worked for 35 years before retiring in 2003. She will always be remembered as a giving loving person and beloved sister. Her favorite times were spent shopping for gifts and surprises for others. Brenda was an animal lover with a special concern for the wild animals and a nature enthusiast. Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister and her cat "Chrisy." She is survived by her sister, Linda and brother-in-law: Christian.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Monday, December 29, 2008 in the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Dr., Oshkosh. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Rev. Fr.
