Carol Ann Brown's Obituary
Carol Ann Brown, age 85, of Oshkosh, passed away on Monday October 18, 2021 Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh. She was born in Beaver Dam, WI., on July 26, 1936 the daughter of the late Carl and Irene Baker Neuman. Carol married Walter Brown on August 8, 1959 in Beaver Dam, WI. Until the time of her retirement Carol was employed as a Teacher in the Oshkosh school system.
Carol is survived by her husband; Walter “Bud” Brown, of Oshkosh, four daughters; Julie (Jorge) Vazquez, Champlin MN., Kathy (Bob) Wolf, Oshkosh, Linda (Dennis) Pennings, New Braunfels, TX, Susan (George) Losoya, Belton TX., two sons; Mike (Mia) Brown, Charlotte NC., Chris (Shai) Brown Tomah, WI., nine grandchildren; Joe (Kylee) Mazzacano, Ryan and Val Wolf, Alec Pennings, Luke, Victoria and Elizabeth Losoya, Elijah and Zekiel Brown, and one great-granddaughter; Violet Mazzacano, two sisters-in-law; Angie Schlaeger, Oshkosh, Rachel (Robert) Mellberg, Fenton MO., one brother-in-law; Robert (Carolee) Brown, Wauwatosa. Carol is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by three sisters-in-law; Pat Formiller, Dorothy Christian, Mary Baerwald, four brothers-in-law, Eugene Formiller, John Schlaeger, Leland Christian, and Robert Baerwald.
A Memorial Mass for Carol will be held on Saturday October 30, at 11:00 AM in Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (St Mary site) with the Rev Jerome Pastors officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:30 until the hour of services.
