Carol Fisher's Obituary
Carol Fisher, age 83, of Oshkosh, died Thursday January 16, 2014 at her home in Oshkosh. She was born in Waldo WI., on May 22, 1930 the daughter of the late Dennis and Evelyn Glenzer Doherty. Carol married Albert Fisher in St John the Baptist Church in Plymouth WI., on July 7, 1956. She was an avid Packer Fan and very much enjoyed the Friday Afternoon Coffee Clutch at the westside Dairy Queen in Oshkosh.
Carol is survived by her husband; Al Fisher, of Oshkosh, one son; Brit Fisher, Appleton, three daughters; Sherrie (Steve) Cobb, Garlind TX., Connie Thuecks, Plymouth, WI., Patty (Ray) Runde, Fairwater, WI.,four granddaughters; Stephanie (Dub) Mansell, Samantha Cobb, Ceann (special friend Eric Nass) Thuecks, Megan Runde, three grandsons; Heston (April) Thuecks, Nicholas (Julie) Runde, Adam Fisher, two great-grandsons; Bowen Nass, Payton Runde, one great-granddaughter;Harper Runde. one sister; Patricia Eirich, Sheboygan WI., and very close nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by one sister; Rosemary Bohnsach, a twin sister at birth and many other in-laws and relatives.
In accordance with Carol’s wishes a private family funeral service was held in The Poklasny Funeral Home with the Rev William Van DeKreeke officiating. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Neenah.
