Carol Ann Frank, age 91, of Oshkosh, passed away on November 27, 2015 at Park View Health Care Center. A Memorial Mass will be held for Carol on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Raphael Catholic Church in Oshkosh. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
