CAROL KUENZL's Obituary
Carol A Kuenzl, age 75, of Oshkosh, died Monday January 2, 2017 at the Waterford in Oshkosh. She was born in Oshkosh on Saturday July 19, 1941 the daughter of the late Edward and Virginia Thompson Pollack. Carol married Kenneth Kuenzl in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oshkosh on Saturday December 29, 1962. Carol was very talented at knitting, and crocheting making numerous afghans for family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Parkers Campground on Little Silver Lake along with watching the Brewers, and Packers. She was Catholic by faith.
Carol is survived by her husband of fifty-four years; Ken Kuenzl, of Oshkosh, one son; Kevin (Becky) Kuenzl, Oshkosh, two daughters; Mary (Randy) Kosmer, Oshkosh, Sarah (Tim) McAllister, Black River Falls WI., seven grandchildren; Chas LeRoy, Nick Kosmer, Samantha (Justin Behnke) Kosmer, Jim Seager, Jesse (Nikki) Seager, Joey Seager, Jenny (Jron) Seager, nine great-grandchildren, two brothers; Donald (Janet) Pollack, De Pere WI., Robert Pollack, Winneconne, one sister; Mary (Vernon) Le Bouton, Wild Rose, one brother-in-law; Tony Kuenzl, two sisters-in-law; Kathy (Russ Nelson) Hunt, Redgranite, and Suzy (Gary) johnston, Omro. Carol is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one sister-in-law; Marilyn Pollack.
Funeral services for Carol will be held in the Poklasny Funeral Home (870 W South Park) on Saturday January 7, at 11:30 AM with the Rev Matt Simonar officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:30 AM until the hour of services.
Carol’s family wishes to extend a very special Thank you to Heartland Hospice, The Waterford, and Park View Health Center for all their care in her time of need.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
