Carol Jean Lewellyn's Obituary
Carol Jean Lewellyn, age 84, of Oshkosh passed away on Sunday morning January 10, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Oshkosh on March 13, 1931 the daughter of Alfred and Lillian (Thiex) Last. She married Lawrence "Larry" Lewellyn in Oshkosh on October 21, 1950. Carol owned her own business as a seamstress for many years, she was a faithful member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church. Carol is survived by two daughters; Chris Nuthals of Green Bay, WI and Lori (Vincent) Echeverria of Carson City, NV. Seven grandchildren; Andrew, Zachary (Courtney) Nuthals, Benjamin Nuthals and Casie (Ben) Ewerdt. Jake, Natalie and Luke (Taylor) Echeverria. Four great grandchildren; Nikolai, Emmett, Bryce and Clayton. Special friend Don Bartelt. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry on May 28, 2011, three brothers and three sisters. Memorial services will be held on Thursday January 14, 2016 at 3pm at St. Raphael's Catholic Church at 830 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Father Edward Looney will officiate. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 1pm until the time of service. Private committal services will be held. In Lieu of flowers memorials should be directed to ALS Association WI Chapter at 3333 North Mayfair Rd Suite 104. Wauwatosa, WI 53222-2319.
