Catherine Baurichter's Obituary
Catherine "Katie" Baurichter, age 90, of Oshkosh, died Saturday April 6, 2013 at Bethel Home. She was born in Mason City, IA., on April 15, 1922 the daughter of the late Nicolas and Brigeta Weingart Yust. On October 14, 1944 Katie married Donald Robert Baurichter. He preceded her in death in 1997. Katie was a member of St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Catholic Church). She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and was a excellant bowler.
Katie is survived by three sons; Daniel, of Ripon, Gregory, Rice Lake, WI., Michael Baurichter, Baldwin, WI., three daughters; Barbara (Jim) Bindl, Williams Bay, WI., Kathleen (Jimmy Ray) Pugh, Dixons Mills, AL., Elizabeth Baurichter, Oshkosh, fourteen grandchildren, and eightteen great grandchildren. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by four brothers; George, Joe, Adam, Albert Yust, and one sister; Elizabeth Yust.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday April 11, in St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Catholic Church) at 11:00AM with the Rev. Matt Simonar officiatng. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church on Thursday morning from 10:00AM until the hour of services. Katie's family wishes to extend a very special thank you to Aurora Medical Center and Bethel Homes staffs.
