Chad Paulick's Obituary
Chad M. Paulick, age 35, of Oshkosh, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, died unexpectedly on Friday evening, October 9, 2009. Chad was born on August 12, 1974 a son of Steven M. Sr. and Judy K. (Kuehl) Paulick. He married Mandi Kay Baldridge on August 9, 2002. Chad had worked for many years and was the Manager of the Master Lube in Oshkosh. Chad's greatest interests in life were his family, hunting, the cabin, demolition derby's, NASCAR racing and time spent in his "Rockin' Garage". Chad will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife Mandi Kay of Oshkosh; their children, Bret Anthony, Kayla Beatrice Rose and Hayle Ellen Paulick; his parents, Steven Paulick Sr., Judy (William) Harvath; two brothers, Steve Jr. (Dawn) Paulick of Menasha, Dan (Shelly) Paulick of Oshkosh; a sister, Judy (Branden) Scott of Oshkosh; a step-brother, Mike (Kim) Holmes; step-sisters, Jill Holmes and Jackie (Chad) Elmer; special cousins, Mark Sean (Stacy) Hazelwood (Sheppard), Skylar Hazelwood; nieces and nephews, Austin, Paige and Jake Paulick, Brittany and Mason Scott, Dalton and Avery Holmes, Brooke and Sabastian Baldridge; his mother and father-in-law, Kay and Gary Zamzow; brother-in-laws, Jack Scott (Annie) Baldridge, Greg (Jamie) Zamzow, Matt (Tiffany) Zamzow. He is further survived by countless aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many very dear friends and friend to all, Matthew Morgan and the family dog Shadow. He was preceded in death by grandmother, Pearl Marie Rose Sheppard, grandfather, George Kuehl, grandmother and grandfather, Alfred and Katherin Paulick; father-in-law, Jack Baldridge and a family dog, Mac. A memorial service remembering Chad will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Drive in Oshkosh with the Reverend David Eisley officiating. A time of visitation and support will be held for the Paulick family at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for the family. The family wishes to thank everyone for their support and kind words and prayers during this difficult time.
