Christine R. "Chrissy" Tank's Obituary
Christine R. “Chrissy” Tank, age 59 of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully at Mercy Medical Center with her loving family at her side after a hard fought battle with cancer on April 12, 2023. She was born on June 12, 1963 in Fond du Lac a daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Kawleski) Streholski. Chrissy married Timothy John Tank on October 12, 1991. She had worked for 25 years at Oshkosh B-Gosh. She greatly enjoyed the outdoors and that of fishing and four wheeling along with time spent traveling with Tim and her loving mother-in-law. Chrissy also loved and was known for her baking and cooking and spoiling her family with home baked goodies. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by and her memory will be cherished by her husband, Tim of Oshkosh; her mother, Dorothy Streholski, of Fond du Lac; two brothers, Allen “Al Buddy” as she called him of Fond du Lac and James (Susan) Streholski of Rosendale. She is further survived by her mother-in-law, Judith Tank; a brother-in-law, Dan (Sue) Tank; a sister-in-law, Suzie (Mike) Nett; other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard; her father-in-law, Bill Tank and her beloved dog Vanna.
Per Chrissy's wishes a private immediate family service will be held to honor and remember her life. The family wishes a special thank you to the staff at the Michael Wachtel Cancer Center for the wonderful personal care that she received.
