Clarence Plonske's Obituary
Clarence E. Plonske, age 94, of Oshkosh passed away on Wednesday afternoon May 7, 2014 at his residence. Clarence was born in Fond du Lac, WI on June 29, 1919 the son of August and Amelia (Becker) Plonske. He served his Country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corp. He married Lorraine Spiering on July 12, 1947 in the Town of Black Wolf. Clarence is survived by his son: Gary Plonske of DePere, WI. Three daughters: Kandis Plonske of Oshkosh; Bonnie (Mark) Drexler of Redgranite and Paula (Timothy) Norkofski of Oshkosh. Five grandchildren: Arielle and Grant Plonske; Morgan Drexler; Keith and Kaylene Norkofski. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lorraine in 2012, one brother: Arthur Plonske, three sisters: Elsie Snyder, Helen Harmmer and Rosetta Chadwick and one grandson: Luke Drexler. Funeral Services will be held at the Poklasny Funeral Home at 870 W. South Park Ave on Monday May 12, 2014 at 1pm. Rev. Andi Wolf will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 11am until the time of service. In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Clarence's name.
