Colleen Martiny's Obituary
Colleen F. Martiny, age 80, of Oshkosh, died Tuesday December 18, 2012 at her home. She was born in Sheboygan, WI. on December 8, 1932 the daughter of the Joseph and Aurelia Nack Konrad. Colleen married Ronald Martiny Sr, in April of 1954. He preceded her in death on February 26, 2008. During her professional career she was employed as a Fashion Sales Clerk. Colleen was a member of the Rehabilitation Gang at Evergreen Retirement Community.
Colleen is survived by one son, Ron "Duke" (Gale) Martiny Jr., of Oshkosh, two daughters, Marchelle (Craig) Henry, Green Bay, Lisa Sworske-Martiny, New London, five grandchildren, Michael Schultz, Melissa Warych, James Sworske Jr., Johnny Martiny, Paul Paulick, six great-grandchildren, Aiden, Kaitlyn, Landon, Austin, Addison, Brayden,one great-grandson, Lucas, one brother, Wallace (Elaine) Konrad, Mequon, WI., and one sister, Judy (Alan) Hoff, Sherwood, WI. Colleen is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by one son, Jeff Martiny, two grandsons, Jeffrey Schultz, Shawn Sworske, three brothers, Donald, Vernon, Joseph, and two sisters, Margie, and Janet.
Funeral services for Colleen will be held in Fiss & Bills Funeral Home (865 S. Westhaven) on Saturday December 22, at 1130AM with the Rev. Luke Ferris officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00AM until the hour of services.
