Dawn Bantleon's Obituary
Dawn Marie Bantleon, age 53, of Oshkosh passed away on Wednesday afternoon September 12, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Hollywood, FL on September 8, 1959 the daughter of Jack and Edna Mae (Johnson) Capen. She married Brian Bantleon on June 10, 1989. She was employed at Arts for Kids in Oshkosh as the Director. She worked with children for over 30 years and touched many lives of the children she worked with. Dawn loved boating, spending time on the beach and gardening. Dawn loved spending time with family and friends, she also loved spending time with Violet and Lavender. Dawn is survived by her husband: Brian Bantleon of Oshkosh, two sons: Cameron and Corey Bantleon both of Oshkosh. Her Ma: Elaine (Capen) Ottery of Fond du Lac. Two brothers: Sean (Jodi) Capen of Oshkosh and Scott Raeder of Chicago, IL. Two sisters: Cindy Capen of Oshkosh and Tracy (Rick) Wilczynski of Chicago, IL. Mother-in-law: Jackie (Ardie) Anderson of Redgranite and her father-in-law: Bruce Bantleon of Oshkosh. Her nieces: Anna and Lillian Capen, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson: Kobe George Bantleon and step-father: George Ottery. Memorial services will be held on Saturday September 15, 2012 at 7pm at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home @ 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 4pm until 7pm at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Dawn's name.
