Debbra Wolf's Obituary
Debbra P. Wolf, age 79, passed away peacefully on her and her daughter's birthday, May 6, 2026, at Eden Meadows in Oshkosh.
She was born in Milwaukee WI on May 6, 1947, daughter of the late Sylvester and Constance Hajduk. Debby graduated from Silver Lake College with a bachelors in education. She met Jerome Wolf and they married June 21, 1974. Jerome preceded her in death on January 21, 1995, she never remarried. Debby taught elementary school in the Hartford WI school district for several years. She left teaching to raise two children but continued to substitute teach and tutor in Oshkosh WI.
Debby loved music, she and Jerry sang together in the church choir for many years. She played piano and gave lessons and encouraged the love of music in her kids. Debby loved animals, especially dogs and horses. She rescued and adopted a variety of animals during her lifetime and took comfort from her cat and grand dogs up until her passing.
Debby is survived by her son; Justin Wolf, daughter; Audrey James, sister; Sandy (Steve) Waschow. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Eden Meadows and Aurora Hospice for their incredible kindness and care during her last days. They would also like to thank the private in-home caregivers who took exceptional care of Debby and allowed her the dignity and safety to stay home as long as possible (Shirley, Deb, Toni, Nancy and Elise)
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday May 16, 2026 at St. Raphael Catholic Church (830 S. Westhaven Dr.) in Oshkosh, at 11:00 AM. A time for visitation will also be held from 9:00 until the time of Mass at Church on Saturday.
