Debra K. Baldwin's Obituary
Debra Kay Baldwin, age 64, passed away peacefully April 24th 2024, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, surrounded by family. She was born March 25th, 1960 in Oakland, Maryland to the late Patricia and Melvin Kifer.
Debra graduated from Oshkosh West High School in 1979, and began working with her brother Dennis at Big Boy. She also worked for Village Pub Pizza for a short time.
She married Gary Baldwin in 1986 in Menominee Falls.
Debra leaves behind her three brothers Eugene Kifer of Oshkosh (Julie), LeRoy Kifer of Fond Du Lac, Dennis Kifer of San Antonio Texas (Kim), and her sister in law, Mary Kifer of Oshkosh.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Gary Baldwin, brother Ken Kifer and her sister in law, Diana Kifer.
Debra also leaves behind her 3 children Amy Baldwin of Oshkosh, Aaron Baldwin of Green Bay, Amber (Richard) Schneider of Neenah and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
She was a lover of all animals, and you could always find a cat or dog in her lap, feeding her sisters dogs.
Debra also had a very close and special bond with her sister in law Mary, as they did everything together. You could even say they were sisters, not even in laws.
She was a wonderful mother, sister, niece, aunt and friend who was always there when you needed her. We will forever miss you and the love that you gave all of us.

Funeral services for Debra will be held on Friday May 3, at 4:00 PM in Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home (865 S Westhaven Oshkosh) with the Rev Brian Bradley officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 PM until the hour of services.
