Delores M Wickman's Obituary
Delores Marie Wickman, (89) passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at The Residence at Oshkosh.
Delores was born on February 3, 1933, the eighth child of August Fred and Clara Emma (Jungwirth) Raddatz. On August 2, 1952, she was united in marriage to Charles A. Wickman at Sacred Heart Rectory. They were married for 67 years until his passing in 2019. Delores started her employment with Deltox Rug Company, then SNC Manufacturing Company, King’s Industries and Oshkosh B’Gosh. Reading was a favorite pastime as were casino trips and rummage sales. She volunteered at church making bread for communion hosts. She enjoyed her monthly cousins breakfasts at Delta Restaurant and breakfasts at Hardee’s with her husband.
Delores is survived by daughter JoAnne (Dale) Boldt, and sons Donald (Michelle) and Robert (Elizabeth) Wickman, six grandchildren: Charles (Lauren) Boldt, Matthew Boldt, Carrie (Charles) McCann, Tayler Wickman, McKinsey Wickman, and Jillian (Jonathan) Tekell, three great-grandchildren: Kendall, and twins Brooklyn and Payton Boldt. She is also survived by sisters, LaVerne Patryn, Germaine Alaniz, Carol Frohrib, and brother and sister-in-law Thomas (Gerri) Raddatz, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Delores is now reunited with her husband, Charles Wickman, parents August and Clara Raddatz, brothers and sisters-in-law Edwin (Virginia), Willard (Betty), Gilbert, Jerold Raddatz, sisters and brothers-in-law, Loretta (Elmer) Kulibert, Marlene (Daniel) Monday and brothers-in-law John Patryn, Angel Alaniz, George Frohrib, James Wickman and sister-in-law Corinne (Fred) Mencer .
A memorial service will be held, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at All Saints Church, 1072 Honey Creek Rd, Oshkosh with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. A reception meal will follow in the church hall.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks for comfort, support and care to the staff at The Residence at Oshkosh, Aurora Hospice, Bluestone Physician Services and Dr. Phyllis Lee and to Delores’ close friends Carol and Glenn Rand for their kindness and friendship.
