DIANE BUHROW's Obituary
Diane Carol Buhrow, 79 years young of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon December 29, 2020 with her daughter by her side.
She was born on December 28, 1941 in Oshkosh the daughter of Robert Gehrke and Nina Wollangk Gehrke.
Diane was married to Dale Buhrow on September 17, 1960 at Saint Paul’s United Church of Christ in Oshkosh.
She had many jobs the last of which was with 4Imprint where she made many life long friends.
Diane enjoyed her casino runs with friends, traveling, crochet and gardening, but truly loved her time spent with her children, grandkids and their babies when possible.
Survivors include two sons, Rodney Buhrow (Gloria Everest) Oshkosh, James Buhrow (Robin) Beaver Dam, and one daughter Tammy Buhrow Oshkosh. Four grandchildren Chase Beres, Joshua Buhrow, Michael Buhrow, and Annalise Poirier and their partners, and 5 great grandchildren Aiden, Lucas, Elijah, Asher, and Eslianna.
She is survived by seven brothers, Steven Gehrke Saxville, Dennis Gehrke St. Petersburg FL., Charles Gehrke (Elaine) Nashville TN., John Gehrke (Sherry) Wautoma, Jeff Gehrke Las Vegas NV., Kenneth Gehrke Oshkosh, and Douglas Gehrke New Mexico. Also two sisters Angela King Oshkosh and Jody Schroeder (Paul) Oshkosh.
She is further survived by her best friend Lorraine McKone, many nieces, nephews, friends and her loving dog Bubbles she shared with her daughter.
She was preceded in death by Dale her loving husband of 43 years, her parents Robert and Nina, and her sister Barbara Reynolds.
Her family would like to thank the many doctors and nurses who helped her throughout her illnesses, God bless you all!
Private funeral services will be held for her immediate family only but the family does extend an invitation to those who would like to pay their respects at a later date after inurnment.
We were blessed to have her and now she has gone home. Our sadness will be everlasting for our loss but we rejoice in her being returned to our Father in Heaven and into his loving hands.
