Dolores O'Reilly's Obituary
Dolores M. O'Reilly, age 80 of Oshkosh, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2009 in Park View Health Center. On March 18, 1928 she was born in Hollister, WI. Dolores was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (St. Peter's site). Being a spirited feminist, she was very interested in politics and was always ready for a good debate. She was always reading books and was an avid Packer fan. On July 31, 1948 she married James L. O'Reilly in Omro. He passed away on August 11, 2007.
Survivors include two sons: Michael (Linda) O'Reilly of Green Bay and Thomas O'Reilly of Fond du Lac; four grandchildren: Patrick O'Reilly, Shawn O'Reilly, Rebecca O'Reilly and Mark O'Reilly; three great-grandchildren: Gabriel, Eithon, Makayla and a sister-in-law: Mary C. Locke of Oshkosh and several half-brothers and half-sisters. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Her husband and parents preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, 2009 in Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (St. Peter site), with Rev. Fr. Joel Sember as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery in Poygan. Friends may greet the family from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Friday at the church. Online condolances may be made at: fissbillspoklasny.com
