DONNA JEAN SITTER's Obituary
Donna Jean Sitter, age 78, of Oshkosh died Thursday March 12, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Oshkosh on June 1, 1936 the daughter of the late Alvin and Anna Mathe Wiatrowski. Donna married James M. Sitter in Oshkosh on July 6, 1968. He preceded her in death. Throughout her professional career she was employed at various restaurants in the Oshkosh area. Donna was Baptized in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oshkosh and was Catholic by faith her whole life. Donna is survived by one son; Glen Schroeder, of Oshkosh, three daughters; Christine Hafemeister, Phoenix, AZ., Cynthia (Frank) Frye, Kansa City, MO., Sheila (Greg) Frank, Oshkosh, two step-sons; James (Heidi) Sitter, Oshkosh, George (Carla) Sitter, Fond du Lac, two step-daughters; Marcia McCuthchen, SC, Anna (Kevin) Swan, Fond du Lac, seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one brother; Dennis Wiatrowski MN. Donna is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Donna was preceded in death by one grandson and one great-grandson. Funeral services for Donna will be held in Fiss & Bills Funeral Home on (865 S Westhaven) on Thursday March 19, at 1:00 PM with the Rev. William Van deKreeke officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 AM until the hour of services. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS A MEMORIAL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.
