Frances Shoemaker passed away peacefully on the morning of January 15, 2022 at Evergreen Manor in Oshkosh. She was born on November 4, 1933 in Evanston, IL to Frances (Border) and William Byrnes. She married Charles Thomas Shoemak Read Obituary
Fran was a tireless and dependable volunteer at Evergreen Retirement Community when I was coordinator of Volunteers from 1980-2000! She had a sparkle about her that the residents loved! May she Rest In Peace. Deanie Minniear

My Aunt Fran took a Cruise a few years ago and it was her 1st so I got to show her how things go. We had a good time. We also went to New Orleans to see some Family heritage. We had good times together along with my parents . She will be deeply missed. May she R.I.P.

Fran was such a nice person, always interested in what you were doing and if she could do anything for you. She practiced her Christian faith. I enjoyed her company many times for breakfast out and we laughed and enjoyed each other's company. We talked about flowers and dogs. I will miss you my friend.
