Gregory L. Townsend's Obituary
Gregory L. Townsend, age 63, of Oshkosh passed away on Sunday November 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Flint, MI on December 30, 1953 the son of Gale LeRoy and Ruth (Kennedy) Townsend. Greg was raised by his mother and step-father Clifford Bartlett. Greg was employed at Lakeside Packaging for many years. He loved playing "Guess that tune", he loved listening to music and he loved watching the Packers and the Bucks.
Greg is survived by his siblings, Marvin Bartlett of Missoula, MT, Thomas Bartlett of Wautoma, Debbie Van Price of Oshkosh and Sharon Woodruff of Wautoma. Greg's special family, Scott and Jane Williquette and Faye Williquette all of Oshkosh. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at 12 noon at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 11 am until the time of service.
Greg's family has asked that anyone attending the memorial service should wear there Packer gear.
