Helen Ann Abraham's Obituary
Helen Abraham, 84, passed away November 11, 2018 at Parkview Health Center. She was born October 25, 1934 to Herbert and Anna (Abendroth) Ziebell. She married Lawrence Abraham on August 28, 1954. Helen was beloved mom, sister, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. Her strength and faith in God helped her endure many hardships gracefully. She graduated from Oshkosh High School in January of 1953. She worked at SNC manufacturing from the early days at Fahrnwald Dairy and continuing to the new plant for over 35 years of service. She was a hard-working farm wife always at the farm when not at SNC. She enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren and attending their events. Also, she enjoyed gathering together with card club friends ever since her high school days, lunch with friends, and in her younger years cooking, canning, and making her homemade buns. Helen was a member of Peace Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her children, Debra (Larry) Last, James (Laura) Abraham, Timothy (Patricia) Abraham, grandchildren Dan (Leanne) Last, Quinn (Chantel) Abraham, Alyssa Abraham, Garrett Abraham and Grant Abraham, great granddaughters, Amberlyn, Addison, and Abbygail Last. Her brother Robert (Mary) Ziebell, sister-in-law, Marilyn (Byron) Draeger, and sister-in-law Marcella Ziebell, and special friends Betty Hinz and Audrey Koplitz.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence, her parents and brother Herbert “Zeke” Ziebell.

The funeral service for Helen will be held Thursday November 15, 2018 at 4:00 PM in Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home at 865 South Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh WI 54904. Rev. Jonathan Wills will be officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the funeral home. If desired, memorials may be given to Parkview Health Center or St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
