Helen Sell's Obituary
Helen Josephine Sell age 94 of Oshkosh passed away peacefully on Monday evening May 11, 2009 at Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh. She was born in Oshkosh, WI on January 31, 1915 the daughter of George and Anne (Nidefosky) Drozd. She married George Sell on June 12, 1946 in Oshkosh. Helen was a faithful member of Trinity Episcopal Church of Oshkosh. Helen and her late husband George together owned and operated creamland farm dairy for many years. Helen is survived by one son George Joseph (Terri) Sell of Oshkosh and one daughter Beverly Ann "Skeeter" Sell (Robert) Schwoch of Beaver Dam, WI. Two granddaughters Lisa Marie and Katie Helen Sell, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George in 1991 and five sisters. Funeral Services for Helen will be held on Friday May 15, 2009 at 11am at Fiss & Bills Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Father Steven Powers will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10am until the hour of service at 11am. In Lieu of flowers please direct memorials to either Trinity Episcopal Church @ 311 Division St. Oshkosh, WI 54901 or Heartland Hospice @ 63 W. Pioneer Rd. Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Helen's family would like to thank the entire staff at Evergreen Retirement Community and also Heartland Hospice for all the loving care and compassion that was given to there mother.
