We were saddened by the news of Howard's death. We had been thinking of him just recently as we had meet some friends of his while on vacation. I remember Howard bringing Bratwurst when the Wisconsin cousins came to Michigan. I also remember once while visiting in Wisconsin Howard took us on a boat ride on the river. Many fond memories of Howard, Vera and all the Wisconsin cousins
