They enjoyed fishing, particularly Sunset Point on Lake Butte des Morts, often taking out grandkids for the day. Izzy was passionate about sewing including making quilts and wedding dresses for three of her daughters. Other activities she was involved in or loved included garden club parties, playing cards, hosting Christmas Eve and other social events. Izzy had a love for family and was a great influence for all of her children and grandchildren.
