Jack William Yant's Obituary
Jack W. Yant, age 75, of Oshkosh, passed away after a brief illness on January 13, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center. Jack was born on July 15, 1947 in Oshkosh a son of the late Kenneth and Doris (Draeger) Yant. Jack served his country in the US Navy. He lived most of his life in Oshkosh but also lived and worked in Milwaukee for a number of years. Jack lived a quiet life but his kindness will remembered by all who knew him. Jack is survived by cousins and many friends and others that he met throughout his life. He was preceded in death by a brother, Scott.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 4:00 pm in Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh in the veterans section in the front of the cemetery along Algoma Blvd. A celebration of his life will be announced and held at a later date. Memorials in his name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
