Jacob "Jake" Farr's Obituary
Jacob “Jake” Farr, age 26, of Oshkosh, passed away unexpectedly on March 5, 2020. He was born on April 2, 1993 a son of Carl and Brenda Farr. He attended and graduated from Oshkosh West high School. Jake loved being a chef and had worked for numerous restaurants in the area. He greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing and time spent with his son Dannyl.
He is survived by and his memory will be cherished by his mother, Brenda Farr of Oshkosh; his father, Carl (Linda) Farr of Florida; a son, Dannyl; two brothers, James (Heather Lowery) Farr of East Peoria, IL, Travis (Morgan) Farr of Okinawa, Japan; grandmothers, Rose Farr of Omro and Carolyn Kundert of Oshkosh; aunts and uncles, Lynn Lobe, Ray and Bev Farr, John Farr, Robert Lanham, Edith Sutcliff, Mark and Brenda English, Wendy Ellison, Josh and Amanda Ellison. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers, Carl Farr Jr. and John “Jack” Kundert and Robert Ellison; an uncle, Ron Ellison and an aunt, Debra Hassler.
A celebration of Jacobs life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 3:00 pm in the Fiss and Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Drive. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 1 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
