James Bingen's Obituary
James Bingen, 87 of Oshkosh died at his home Friday, March 7, 2014. He was born April 21, 1926 in Oshkosh the son of the late Sabastian and Maude Bingen. He married Jean Toner on November 9, 1951 in Oshkosh at St. Peter Catholic Church.
Jim served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was employed for over 35 years as an Insurance claims adjuster. He was also a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Peter Catholic Church.
Jim is survived by his wife Jean of Oshkosh, one son Michael of Madison and one daughter, Jane (Mark) Isaac of Appleton.
Jim was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law: Margaret (Wm) Brinckman, Mary, Dorothy (Tom) Spiece, Jeanne (Byron) Ferguson, and is survived by 14 nieces and nephews and their families.
As per Jim's wishes there will be no funeral services. There will be private family graveside service in spring at Riverside Cemetery.
