Janice E. Monroe's Obituary
Janice Monroe, age 90 of Oshkosh died Monday morning, November 7, 2016.
She is survived by her husband Russell M. Monroe, her daughter, Merry (Thomas) Pupeter and her son Rob (Claudia) Monroe all of Oshkosh.
There will be no formal Funeral services.
