Janice Jean "JJ" Schrank's Obituary
Janice Jean “JJ” Schrank, age 73, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025 at Parkview Health Care Center. She was born on May 23, 1952 in Oshkosh, a daughter of the late Ferdinand and Doris (Turner) Schrank. Janice greatly enjoyed puzzles and card games and cats were her favorite pets. JJ will also be remembered for her time spent at the Jockey Club and Honey Bee for a smile and a pepsi and Karmali's occasionally for an “apple pie” shot or drink on rocks. She will be sadly missed by her family who cared for her for years and the friends she made throughout her lifetime.
She is survived by and her memory will be cherished by two sisters, Cheryl (Jim) LaFontaine and Donna (Hans) Czipri, both of Oshkosh. She is further survived by two sister-in-laws, Judy Schrank and Sharon Schrank; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by brothers, Russ, Allyn (Karen) Schrank, Dick (Billie) Schrank, Keith Schrank, Donald Schrank and Sharon Schrank.
Private family services will be held. The family would like to thank the staff at Parkview Health Care Center, Lakeside 1 for the wonderful care that Janice received.
