Jean Bernice Yentz's Obituary
Mother, friend, and sidekick, Jean Bernice Yentz passed away peacefully on March 5th, 2021. Born and raised in Sheboygan, Jean did her part for the WWII effort by making parts for engines at the converted Kohler Plant. She went to State Teacher College (now UW-Oshkosh), and taught in South Milwaukee. She lived in the Midwest, settled and raised a family in Wauwatosa, eventually ending up in Oshkosh. Jean was preceded in death by her husband Tom, siblings and parents. She loved sewing, baking, crossword puzzles, mysteries, Jeopardy, and current events.
She will be deeply missed by her children; Jeff (Faye) Yentz, Jill (Bob) Delaney, Jane Barber, and 8 grandchildren. Special thanks to Dr. Alzoubi and his staff for their compassion and dignity that they showed Jean. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jean's name to Oshkosh Public Library, 106 Washington Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901. If you have any problems please call them at (920)236-5203.
