Jerome Koeck's Obituary
Jerome B. koeck Jr, 81 of Oshkosh, died Sunday June 16, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born August 4, 1931 in Oshkosh the son of Jerome and Lucille Schoblasky Koeck. He married Joan Kromm on August 6, 1948 in Oshkosh. He was employed for over 38 years as the receiving manager at the Hoffmaster Co. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Joan and his grandson Brian Johns. Jerome is survived by his daughters, Debbie (Michael) Hensch, Diane (Jeffrey) Thompson and Darlene (Ken) Habeck all of Oshkosh. His grandchildren Julie Tuttle and Jodie Gazzana and his great grandchildren, Kyle Johns, Seth Johns, Ethan Melhorn and Kayli Gazzana all of Oshkosh. He is further survived by his sister, Shirley Schroeder, brother in law, Daniel Kromm, cousin Dan Meisel and his special friend, Carol Daubert. Funeral services for Jerome will be Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 5pm in the Poklasny Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Rosenberg officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the Funeral Home Thursday, from 2pm until the time of services. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the humane Society. Jerry loved his girls so very much. He wrote this poem just for us. There was an old man who lived in this old town with three beautiful daughters all the way around the moral of the story that this old man was tryin to say he loves each and every one of them in his own special way. written Nov. 5, 1997
