Joan E. Siepert, age 85, of Oshkosh passed away on March 10, 2016 at Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh. She was born in Oshkosh on November 17, 1930 the daughter of Evans and Adeline (Puestohl) MacDonald. She married Donald E. Siepert on September 25, 1954. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Donald on November 19, 2003 and her son; Jack in 2010. Private committal services will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh, WI.
