I worked for Joan during some of her time at the phone company. Was a great boss and an even better friend.

Was surprised when I saw her obit in the Milwaukee paper. We never did manage to get together after we both retired.

Auntie, you will be missed. It doesn't seem real. You were always a fun aunt and i will always remember your laugh. I recall your love of a good piece of pie and a strong cup of fresh coffee. I cherish our private chats and all the love you showed us growing up. When you lived in Milwaukee and came up north to visit we were always excited. We knew we'd be doing something fun!!!
