John Matthew Beno, Sr. age 79, of Oshkosh, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 18, 2024 in Milwaukee, WI. John was born on February 5, 1945 in Milwaukee the son of Emil and Beatrice (Halaska) Beno. John graduated from Francis Jor Read Obituary
John was in my home room at Francis Jordan high school. We were in the first graduating class in 1963. He was in the band. I lost track of him until moving back here to Oshkosh in 1990 we reunited at the “Fin & Feather” and always reminiscence about our time at Jordan. He always had the same spot at the bar in the Fin in corner of knowledge. I will miss him. God Speed John.

John was known and well liked at Jordan High, As one of his classmates I always saw him as a contributor to our leadership in school. He was a valuable member of our first graduating class and will always be remembered with delight. His smile is within our hearts!
