John Charles Faust's Obituary
John Charles Faust, age 61, of Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at his residence. John was born in Oshkosh on November 19, 1962 the son of Francis Charles and Belvia Mae (Troxell) Faust, Jr. John graduated from Oshkosh West H.S. in 1981, at the age of 17 he was employed at Pepsi in Oshkosh. In May of 1987 he went to work at Hoffmaster in Oshkosh, where he is still employed for 36 years. John was a dedicated employee and always had the most overtime of any employees. John loved Ice fishing, fishing, hunting and playing Sheepshead.
John is survived by his parents, Francis and Belvia Faust, Jr. One daughter, Camille Faust of Oshkosh. Two sons, Kaleb Faust of Oshkosh and Jared (Michelle) Faust of Markesan. and also their mother Tammy Hansen. Two sisters, Julie Sonnenschein, and Lynn (Mike) Williamson all of Oshkosh. One brother, Peter Faust of Neenah. One granddaughter, Harper Faust, his Godparents, Jerome (Judy) Faust of Oshkosh. John is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
John was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Florence Faust, Sr and Henry and Elizabeth Troxell. His brother, Steven Faust, sister-in-law, Peggy Faust, nephew, Matthew Gibson.
A time of sharing, support, and reflecting on John’s life will be held on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904.
