JOSEF LECHNER's Obituary
Josef Lechner, age 77, of Oshkosh, passed away Monday February 2, 2015 in Oshkosh. He was born in Gnotzheim Germany on November 17, 1937 the son of the late Josef and Margarta Stimpfle Lechner. He arrived in the United States in September of 1952. Josef married Jacqueline Neustifter, on May 2, 1959 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Oshkosh. She preceded him in death on August 8, 2014. He was employed at Triangle Manufacturing in Oshkosh from 1964 until the time of his retirement in 1996, and was Catholic by faith. He loved to tinker and had a great love of cars. Survivors include two daughters; Amy (Jeffery) Fauske, of Oshkosh, Ann (Anthony) Pagel, Oshkosh, three grandchildren; Alexandria (John) Andrasko, Shana Pagel, Courtnee Pagel, both of Oshkosh. He is further survived by three sisters,and many nieces, nephews and other relatives who reside in Germany. He was preceded in death by two brothers. A Memorial Mass for Josef will be held in Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (St Mary worship site) on Wednesday February 11, at 6:30 PM with the Rev. James Jugenheimer officiating. Burial will take place in the spring in Riverside Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 5:30 PM until the hour of services. Fiss & Bills Funeral Home
