Joseph C. Verwiel's Obituary
Joseph C. Verwiel, age 66, of Oshkosh passed away on Thursday morning September 24, 2015 at his residence. He was born in The Netherlands on March 9, 1949 the son of John and Maria (Pulles-Aarts) Verwiel. He married Natalie J. Markouski at St. Peter's Catholic Church on July 10, 1982. He was employed at Duo Safety Ladder from 1969 to 2014. He was a faithful member of Most Blessed Sacrament (St. Peter Church). Joseph is survived by his wife; Natalie Verwiel of Oshkosh. His siblings; Marleen (Paul) Flack of Oshkosh, John (Mary) Verwiel of Oshkosh, James (Linda) Verwiel of Oshkosh, Steven (Marlene) Verwiel of Oshkosh and JoAnn (David) Hammett of Neenah. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday September 30, 2015 at 11 am at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish (St. Peter Church 449 High Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54901). Father James Jugenheimer will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of Mass. Committal services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Joseph's name.
