Joyce Nett's Obituary
Joyce Marie Nett, age 86, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening April 9, 2013 at her home with family and friends by her side. She was born in Oshkosh on August 26, 1926 the daughter of William and Leona (Hungerford) Bricco. She married Phillip John Nett on March 25, 1957 in Oshkosh. She was a faithful member of Peace Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. Joyce worked at Elmwood commons for many years before retiring to enjoy her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, puzzles and bingo. Joyce enjoyed watching the packers with her beloved husband. She is survived by five sons; Ronald (Linda) Crossman of West Allis; William Crossman of Oshkosh; Gregory Nett of Oshkosh; Michael (Sue) Nett of Omro and Sam (Nancy) Nett of Oshkosh. Three daughters; Roxanne (Donald) Wachtveitl of Oshkosh; Pamela (Paul) Bamman of Frankfort, IL and Shirley (Mike Miller) VanOrnum of Oshkosh. Daughter-in-law; Margaret Crossman of Oshkosh and one brother; Dwayne (Amber) Bricco of Iola. Numerous grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Phillip on November 9, 2008 and one son; Russell Crossman on April 25, 2008. Funeral services will be held on Monday April 15, 2013 at 11am at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Rev. John A. Worzala Dumke will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 9am until the time of service at 11am. Entombment will be held at Lake View Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Joyce's name. A special thank you to Aurora Hospice for the wonderful care that was given to Joyce.
