Judd Matthew Below's Obituary
Judd Matthew Below, age 52, died on May 31, 2024 at his home in Oshkosh, Wisconsin after an extended hospital stay. Judd was born at Cannon AFB, Curry County, New Mexico to James and Patricia Below on July 15, 1971. Judd graduated from Lincoln High School, Wisconsin Rapids, WI as part of the Class of 1990. He became a journeyman Boilermaker, working many years with Local Union 107. Judd is survived by his father, James Below of Green Bay; his mother, Patricia Below of Oshkosh; a daughter and a granddaughter; lifelong friend, Julie Hanson and special friend, Lyuda Belova. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Evergreen Retirement Community, Fireside Room, 1130 N. Westfield Street in Oshkosh. A brief service will be held at 1:30 pm with Karen Bowen and Pastor Steven Wood officiating. In lieu of flowers or memorials, please make a donation in Judd's name to the Evergreen Foundation or to the charity of your choice. The Fiss and Bills-Poklasny Funeral Homes of Oshkosh is assisting the family with arrangements. "There are no goodbyes for us. Wherever you are you will always be in our hearts."
