Kenneth F. Moore's Obituary
Kenneth F. Moore, age 90, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Ken was born on May 14, 1922 in Neenah, WI a son of the late Harvey and Viola (Miller) Moore. He served his country in the US Army Air Force and married the former Gloria Ruth Felker on August 13,1960 in Oshkosh. Ken greatly enjoyed golfing, fishing and time spent with friends along with trips to Florida with Gloria.
His memory will be cherished by his wife Gloria of 51 years; a special aunt, Vi Zweiger along with several nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws, other relatives including cousins and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gregory; two infant brothers and a sister-in-law, Enid Moore.
Funeral services for Ken will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Dr. in Oshkosh. Burial will be in Riverside Catholic Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund will be established.
