Kim George Robinson's Obituary
Kim George Robinson, September 11, 1956 – December 28, 2024. With great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, father and friend Kim George Robinson, who left us on December 28, 2024. Kim was born on September 11, 1956, to Muriel and David Robinson. He graduated from Oshkosh North High School and went on to share a career in painting, a craft he learned from his father and continued for decades. He worked with Sherwin Williams and Tower Paint before starting his own business, Robinson Painting. Kim was a man of many passions, with music being at the heart of his life. A guitarist and songwriter, he loved writing worship songs and sharing his love of music by teaching others to play the guitar. His creative spirit and love for music brought joy to all who knew him.
Kim is survived by his children: Sara Trembly, Tanner (Kylie) Robinson-Harwell, Jason (Fransiska) Hill, and Angie (John) Hansen; his siblings: Judy (Richard) Schutz, Rick (Faith) Robinson, Debra (David) Collier, Wendy (Mitchell) Frank, Mark Robinson, Kevin Robinson, Tami (John) King, Brian (Melissa) Robinson, Christopher (Julie) Robinson, and Cory Robinson. He is preceded in death by his parents, David and Muriel Robinson, brothers Paul Robinson and Jeffery Robinson, and sisters Susan Mundinger and Lorna Robinson.
Kim’s infectious smile and kind spirit left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Now at peace with his heavenly Father, free from pain, he will be dearly missed but forever remembered for the love and joy he brought to this world.
In memory of Kim, the family will hold a private celebration of life.
