Kristina "Tina" Griese's Obituary
Kristina Marie "Tina" Griese, age 52, of Oshkosh, passed away Sunday March 28, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Oshkosh on January 15, 1958 the daughter of the late Robert M. and Mary L. Raykovic Griese Sr. Tina graduated from Oshkosh West High School in 1976. She worked in the health care field during her life and developed many good friendships with co-workers. She also had many great friends at her summer home-Little Silver Lake in Wild Rose. She enjoyed and was talented in doing arts and crafts. Tina loved to sit around the campfire and talk about good times with family and friends.
Tina is survived by four brothers; Robert (Doris) Griese, Kirk (Sandy) Griese, Mark (Patti) Griese, Mike (Johna) Griese, and one sister Marilou (Kalby) Kalbus. Tina is further survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a very close friend, Gary Zarter.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Griese family wishes to extend a very special Thank you to Mercy Medical Centers ICU for there support and care of Tina.
Funeral services for Tina will be held in the Poklasny Funeral Home on Wednesday March 31, at 7:00PM with the Rev. William Van DeKreeke officiating. Family and friends may call at the the funeral home on Wednesday 5:00PM until the hour of services. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established. Tina will be deeply missed by all that knew her, and her faithful companion, her dog Stella, who was by her side the entire time.
