Laurelee Kosmer's Obituary
Laurelee Theresa Kosmer, 75 of Oshkosh died Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Manor Care in Appleton. She was born February 2, 1939 in Oshkosh the daughter of the late Clare and Lorraine Frank Soapmann. She married Francis "Joe" Kosmer on September 16, 1961 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oshkosh. Laurelee was employed for over 38 years at the Piggly Wiggly in Oshkosh and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She will be remembered for her cooking, especially her special birthday dinners for her family. She loved reading watching the Brewers and Packers and spending time with her many pets throughout the years. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved being a grandma most of all. She is survived by her husband Joe of Oshkosh, two sons, Randy (Mary) Kosmer of Oshkosh and Mike (Lettie) Kosmer of Park Falls WI. One sister, Margie (Jim) Hunt of Oshkosh and five grandchildren, Nick, Samantha, Kyle, Brianna and Mikayla. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister and brother in law Pat and Bob Ehlke. . A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2:00pm in St. Jude Parish, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Rev. Matt Simonar officiating. Family and friends may call at the Church Saturday, March 22 from 1pm until the time of services. Laurelee's family would like to thank St. Luke's Hospital of Milwaukee transplant clinic, Drs and staff.
