LaVern Weber's Obituary
LaVern A. Weber "Grandma Lala" , 84 of Oshkosh, died Sunday, October, 6, 2013 at Century Oaks. She was born September 11, 1929 in Oshkosh the daughter of Anton and Mary Reischl Paulik. She married Donald F. Weber on June 26, 1954 at St. Vincent's Catholic Church in Oshkosh. She was employed for many years at Kresge's Dept. Store, enjoyed needlework and crafting and volunteered at Meals on Wheels. LaVern is survived by her daughter, Janis Raube and her son Donald (Jennifer) Weber all of Oshkosh. She is further survived by two grandchildren, Tyler Wincon and Zachary Weber. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers and six sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 11am is St. Raphael's Catholic Church, the Rev Doug LaCaptain officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Church, Saturday, from 9am until the time of services. In lieu of flowers a Memorial has been established.
