Lorraine Diener's Obituary
On February 25, 2013, Lorraine B. Diener peacefully joined those who had gone before her.
She was born on October 6, 1918, to Edward and Mary (Stini) Meyer.
Lorraine married Walter M. Diener on August 16, 1947. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Drexler and her husband, Charles Sackmann; daughter-in-laws: Barbara Diener-Blumer (Craig Blumer), and Eileen Brennand; grandchildren: Angela Auer (Derek), Elizabeth Tyrrell (Jamie), John Diener (Emily Hablewitz), Matthew Drexler, and Natalie Blumer (Chad Goding); great grandchildren: Keith Auer, Blake Auer, and Grace Tyrrell.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter M. Diener; sons: Walter H., and Michael; a son in-law Glen Drexler; brothers: Henry and Robert; sisters: Marie (Sr. Mary Claverine), Rose, Jenny, Margaret, and Amber.
Lorraine is further survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services to celebrate Lorraine's life will be on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. The gathering for visitation will be from 4-6pm with a celebration service at 6pm. Remember Lorraine with a smile and a giggle.
